In the cases I have seen, the date of stock acquisition is usually close to the time frame of the settlement. I cant see them going back in time; however, those stockholders who sold at huge losses because of the FDIC's actions, may have certain claims as well. But as Paul Harvey said, "that is the rest of the story", we shall see....
