My opinion, and it is only that, is that it would be best for AS to win this case. For many reasons, but primarily because both WM and AS have lots of high priced stock, and it's in their and our interest for them to take over this company.

If BJW/LB win this case, expect more of the same as the last 5 years. PWI remains as their personal ATM, with dilution going to all 750MM shares eventually, mostly to "consultants" and other cronies.

The age old BS, non-substantive PR that was just put out is a strong indicator that they can talk but not really say anything. It is long, wordy, contains impressive company names, and is totally void of substance, as far as PWI is concerned.
