i suspect that we wont be seeing any 5.35 million for a couple

of reasons. first, and foremost, the building is not worth a fraction of that in salvage. and, from the go-get to presume someone was going to PAY US, 6.35 million for the right to tear the building down for the salvage, was ridiculous.

secondly, and more specifically, if indeed it is that ameri source will be the designated firm, we will never see the money, because a permit will never be issued.

so... hold tight and pray for an extra fluffy p.r., and maybe this may see 4's again someday.

but, doubtful.
