Take your windows disk

Out and insert it in the CD. Then restart the computer. Windows will begin to do an install. What you want to do is install over the existing copy. That means when the Format/Partition page comes up, you skip that step. One of the next pages will ask you if you want to use the Repair CONSOLE. Say no and continue the install. Later in the process, it will ask you if this is a Repair installation. Say yes.

You will end up with a new version of your existing Windows. You will have to go to Wundows Update and download all of the updates again.
