agreed but that usually only happens with insolvant companies in an effort to settle debt. i dont see that happening this time. rewarding WAMU and then turning around to screw the investors would be self-defeating IMO. Since it was the investors whose money is being held right now. I could be full of $hit, and probably am smile but that is my two cents.
