My guess is that once all parties see the writing on the wall, I feel they will reach settlement BEFORE a ruling to save some face and money. That is why I agree with others on here that the halting of trading on this stock can happen at ANY TIME and then re-open substantially higher.

The interest alone at 4% for 4.5 BILLION is about 15 million dollars a month. Someone is getting a huge sum for that money sitting there. It should come back to WAMU by all rights. Thoughts?
