Seems you are "glass is half empty" kinda person...
If you just use a little more reasoning, those are listed in the Risk Factors section. Could you list a company that does not have negative data/info in their Risk Factors section of the report ?
I am a "glass is half full kinda guy"
So here is my selection from the report :
