Ha well I wasn't talking about college students, yes they are covered by their parents until age like 22 or 23 or can be covered by them...

But then after that what do they do.

Currently it costs them min of 30-40 bucks a month to get a high deductible plan. They are for the most part healthy. And it often isn't that they don't bother to buy it, they just don't have the money for it.

The cost though of the bill they give you or me, pales in comparison to the cost of what it would cost them to pay for insurance.

Simple thing is we don't have 20-30 year olds dropping dead or having massive health problems all the time... they are for the most part healthy.

Anyways the reason the dems want them to be covered or forced to be covered is because then they would lower the cost, because they would pay x dollars into the system a month (most likely much higher than 40 bucks) and never use that money.. It's like a new social security tax which they will never see in their lives...

Yes this will bring down the cost for the sick and elderly but at what cost to our future generation?

Everything I say is in my own opinion do not buy sell or hold based off what I have to say.
