After reading the announcement it doesn't sound like he's doing much on the BOD of this company. That still doesn't detract from his past record, or the negative impact that some feel he will have in this company, but the guy is still Chairman at RIM and running his own consulting gig. I don't think his fingers are too deep into this pie.
