Mainly sold thru a company called Clickbooth. They are huge to say the least. They have marketing arms all over and when done right they can reach more people than on the TV.
From being in sales and owning my own business, I would say that if someone called CXAC directly to buy the product, CXAC would give them a list of sites to buy from.
