EVFL owns 2 mil shares of EVLN. That counts about 10% (out of 17 mil O/S?). All this EVLN buying up biofuel plants and applying for gov't grant can benefit EVFL greatly because of their 10% EVLN ownership. EVFL probaly will receive more shares from EVLN as they (or DM) provide more MGT services.
Also, as Crusader stated a few days ago, EVLN focuses on "producing" biofuel while EVFL focuses on "distributing" it, which means EVLN's products will very likely be distributed by EVFL. Other than EVFL, who else EVLN would sign a contract with?
