Whoever's doing it (assuming it's just one person), is selling lots of 100 shares at a time. The fact that (s)he is purposely doing something like that, they aren't very bright. They did the same thing 5 or 6 times in a row.....all one cent trades excluding commission (if they aren't free trades). It's a definite case of over-kill.
