Honestly it seems to me in my simple mind it makes more sense to reduce the A/S spend a little money on a Buyback to raise the PPS. I am no math wizzard but lets say 100k shares at .10 equals 10k where as 1m shares at .0002 is $200. Seems like more capital can be raised that way. Gotta spend money to make money. I am by no means a finance expert this just seems to make sense. GO EVFL
