he has no patents on it (YET). Any significant improvements or modifications that he does to it MIGHT be worthy of patents & become valuable in the future:

like the separation of the water and the condensate systems so the two never co-mingle like they did in the small demo unit...

also, the tap off of the gases to fuel the process (once started?)... JB might be changing that portion of the system...

& other hardware or process changes that will occur to him as apps/ops get going.

I feel confident that JB will add value with future IP he creates or brings into the company. It's what creative people with 170 IQs do... that description fits him well.
