HUH?

i'd like areference so i can read about this supposed requirement at the SEC dotgov site.

i haven't read THE WHOLE SEC rules, but i am pretty sure i've traded a couple of pinksheets that are non-filing.


furthermore? i know for a fact that there is a time limit on how long the SEC can halt, or more specifically, suspend trading in a stock for, and i know it isn't four years-

as a matter of fact? it isn't even two weeks.

and a trading halt is for very specific reasons involving breaking news.
