Legistically, can he choose to raise or lower A/S whenever he wants or does that need to be approved by some governing board?
Seems to me that he wouldn't be able to change the A/S without authorization.
Also if he did dump 500 million shares and the A/S is still at 1 billion then has he maxed out the A/S.
I'm in at .001 and looking to sell at .01!!!
