Can you speak on why it may have taken Chevron 63 days to drill OBO-1? ERHC and Addax have informed us that the DeepWater Pathfinder should be able to drill a well in this depth in 30 days.

It is my understanding that both the DW Pathfinder and the DW Discoverer are 5'th generation drill ships with nearly the same capabilities. Why 30 days for the Kina and 63 days for the OBO-1?

My belief (DD) is that Chevron ran a second borehole after encountering problems? Is this possible and does it happen often?
