It is extremely highly unlikely that horizontal drilling will be employed on either of these wells... but when horizontal wells are drilled, the directional driller will start building angle(or curve)previous to entering the desired or targeted formation. That way the driller will maximize the horizontal distance drilled within the targeted structure and depth.
