Above and beyond that amount, we don't know how much cash the Company intends to raise over the course of a year through the 504 placement. They could stop at $100,000 or go as high as $1M.

Seen from a different perspective, how much faith must York Tang have in this company if he is willing to prepay $100,000 for Aquagold's marketing expenses from his own pocket with the expectation of being repaid in due course?
