LOOK THERE IS NO 100 PERCENT GUARANTEE WHEN A 504 IS ISSUED THAT THEY NEED TO USE THE WHOLE MILLION UP IS THERE -- i dont see where it says u must use all of it-- so lets give company benefit of the doubt they are trying to be transparent here == and mgmt has stepped up lately ===
