If you are new to R/M here are some premises:

1. Assuming that a negotiation is in order ( I havent seen
any clues yet beyond the Hi Volume).
2. There are several stages:
- Business Plans
- How much of the New Co existing shareholders will get?
- reverse split
- Finra paperwork New Cusip, Name, Symbol, Updating Financial Reports etc.
3. Development time for R/M takes at the very least 5-6 Months

So if you are willing to expect 3-4 months more No Problem.
