if you look at level two you will see about 15 m.m."s.=if you bought mobl at 35 cents and you sell it at .0003 you will have a loss of app/\. 35 dollars. the m.m. does not get the loss the person selling the stock takes the loss as in ALL cases.maybe it was a paper boy selling his holdings in the mkt.if it trades on the bid it is a sale if it trades at the ask it is a buy.fundemental my dear watson.
