considering we are trading over a billion shares a day and there seems to be an endless supply of shares at .0001, it does not really matter if the shares were issued to a single investor, a group of investors, or being sold straight to anyone who wants them - the volume we are seeing shows that the shares are available to the open market and it is keeping the price down
