Clarified Listing Intentions.

I was re-eading the last couple of PRs by EVFL. After reading the PRs and reading this board for the past several weeks, I think there may be a little confusion regarding what is expected in the PR this Friday and release of fincial reports.

In the PR on July 22, 2009 the company announces that "... it is applying for a listing on the premier tier of the U.S. over-the-counter market -- the OTCQX marketplace." Since then there has been much discussion and speculation regaring what activities the company needs to complete before being "uplisted" to this level. Not the least of which has been the minimum PPS of $0.25 for 90 days and audited financials. All requirements for this listing can be read at http://otcqx.com/otcqx/otcqx/listing.

In the PR on August 21, 2009 the company announces "...that it expects to complete the accounting activity toward finalizing its financial reports..." and "...the Company's management expects to publish these financial statements by August 28, 2009." Further down in the PR, it reads "Once published, the Company expects to achieve full compliance to meet the requirements for the Pink Sheets' highest tier, 'Current Information.'" I have seen posts that relate to this Friday being the day that all will be revealed regarding how they intend to reach the minimum PPS of $0.25 for OTCQX as well as seeing "audited" financials.

In these two PRs the company has referred to two different listings: 1) QTCQX and 2) Pink Sheet Current Information. These two tiers are not the same thing. The first is the one that requires audited financials and minimum PPS, but, the second one simply requires voluntary "timely" filing of financials. They do not have to be audited and this level does not require a minimum PPS. I think that all that is going to happen on Friday is a PR announcing the financials for Q2 are posted at pinksheets.com. I doubt they will have anything else to announce.
