Billr: You used the term, "investment" and then speak about the high risk. I understand risk in business, BUT, there's a difference between business risk and outright scamming.

You're saying it's expected that these shells or companies are going to be crooked or scams most of the time. I don't think the SEC or anyone involved in over seeing any stock should allow investors to be lied to in order to take their money.

You're implying that we should expect these companies to be crooks, I'm saying we have the right to do DD based on real info and then take our chances.

To close, if you don't agree with my opinion, that's fine but don't ever consider me a winer, I'm just not the frog in the pot kind of guy.
