You guys do know the history of this company right? MDOR = MAGR
Magnum d'Or Resources, Inc. was a copper and gold mining company in 2004 that owned land in Mongolia just next to Ivanhoe Mining's (IVN) copper rich property.

The stock price popped good while copper assays were drilled, inspected and were sent to Vancouver to be analyzed. Then....much time passed without an assay report and rumors started spreading. By then, the stock had moved from .05 to .55 and many bagholders had been sucked in.

Finally, it was reported that the assay showed GOOD copper deposits BUT that the MAGR owner Reno J. Calabrigo (owned 55% of all preferred shares) had sold the land and mineral rights to a Mr. Xuguang Sun and his brother Shaojun Sun who are Hong Kong owners of a chain of electronics and home lighting stores.

The sale was done in the middle of the night and none of the monies from the land was passed on to the the common shareholders and they were left with an empty shell. They supposedly spun-off the land into Sunrise Mining Corp and gave MAGR commonholders shares, but those shares were recinded and canceled as worthless. MAGR changed to MDOR and did a 500 to 1 reverse split leaving shareholders with nothing!

They are now up to their old tricks in the pump and dump game. Tire landfill = RUBBISH!

IVN has just won approval from the Mongolia Govt to start mining their Copper and Gold. Had MAGR kept the land and waited, this stock would have been worth $3.50 to $4.50 right now. However, Mr. Reno J. Calabrigo is now rich and laughing all the way to the bank by now as are the Sun Brothers!
