I have a theory that they are actually trying to gain a majority stake in WMI through stock acquistion. If they are able through their subsidiary's to gain this advantage, they would then be able to control the amounts that would be settled for in terms of the commons and preferreds. Interesting how they are working behind doors to accumulate through outside interests. All they need is a Board of Directors vote to cancel the lawsuit and take a measely settlement.
Who controls WMI right now? TPG.. How much does TPG have in commons. 270mil how much is that in relation to O/S.. 15% of voting power. American funds a Mutual Fund that deals with most big fianancial companies has 27mil.. 1.5%.. There is about 80% of this companies stock out there that we do not know about, who owns it and what can happen if the parent votes to cancel the lawsuit?

Bondholders/Noteholders brought forth the suit, they are separate, If JPM negotiates with them, this is why they want their info and names. They have the right to contact if the judge grants them a public viewing. They contact make under the table deals and BOOm they are out of here. ?

Jpresnall is supposedly forming a EC to get Intervention. The Justice Dept has already turned down one request, what will they do with the next one if it submitted?

If Jpresnall works with or for JPM affiliate and gets all your info for your stocks you own, she then has a way to contact individual shareholders to solicit bids. Is this legal, yes I think so... She can work on you and others with the phone numbers (you provided) and try to buy your stock before the settlement. All they need is majority votes to cancel all lawsuits and boom it is done.
