could it be that both jpm and wmi are waiting until the start of the new fiscal year to start before they make a settlement? from what i think i read ,congress stated that they may have to raise the debt limit to finish off this fiscal year. also the fdic needs to borrow more money because of bank failures. if jpm and wmi wait until the start of the new fiscal year , there will be plenty money for the fdic, jpm, and wmi to make a settlement.
