Forgive the intrusion as I know your post was directed elsewhere, but I felt compelled to answer a couple of points.

1. The notion that "going from .10 to 10.00 has never happened in the history of Wall St." is utter and complete nonsense, it happened as recently as Friday-Monday for JEDM, actually ran almost 3000% at the peak, so this person has immediately lost all credibility and would seem to have an agenda.

2. The commons may be low on the totem pole, but again, the notion of "pre" and "post" seizure, is nonsense as well, ALL shares, have been harmed, who owns them at the moment, is irrelevant, if a settlement is made, it will be applied equally to all the common shares, not just a portion of them.

And lastly, the line about "free advice", again makes me question the veracity of this person's supposedly "unbiased" opinion. Sounds like sour grapes to me to be honest.
