Could you please explain what you mean here? It seems pretty clear that proxy rules do not apply both to stocks which are exempted from registration requirements and to unregistered stocks according to the segment of law ECT friends quoted. If this is not the case please present the segment of the law that supports your claim that the team has screwed up. So far you have not done this. The portion that you freaked out about really does support ECT friends position.
