The high listed on Pinksheets was 7.23 on May 11, 2006. The high for May 1 was actually a high of 3.85.


We do not record historical bid/asks on any of our platforms. We are matching the bid/ask/last info on Pinksheets though.



While we have found news articles like the one you referenced, there is not any stock information in the investors page of the company's website. Given the company felt the need to issue the press releases we believe there is likely some confusion generally about the transaction.



Bloomberg indicates the event was "One restricted common stock for each common share held."



You may want to contact the company for additional information about the dividends.
