Well personally I would find it quite odd if they did overlook that. But to answer your question of if they overlooked it can it be corrected I believe the answer would be no as it would invalidate the process, as with ANY missed dotting of I's or crossing of t's.
That being said, you could do it again if it was not properly handled.
