So I did a little digging on this theory of which imo doesn't fit your over all theory.

Here is why. You assume the OS is aprox 2.5 billion... And that they have been dumping restricted stock over on this other exchange... Great. so that would mean they would have had to have dumped roughly 1.7 billion shares on this market. (since the 10q 4\20\2009)

Well simply not possible.

If you go through, and add up all of the daily volumes since the last 10q... you get 43,413,000.... Just about 1.65 billion short.... And that is assuming that EACH and every share here was going towards that and 0 trading took place... (which is highly highly unlikely)...
