if the company spends 3 million of that 12 million to buy back shares we will have a better share structure then behl and they still will have 9 million, 7 million going for the 3 plants and 2 million left to pick up a pulp plant the gas stations and truck stop will be funded by the government grants now if it only takes 2 million to buy back shares they will still pocket 1 million.
