Note that the only trial currently on the books at clinical trials.gov is for homozygous patients which should substantially lower the targetted patient population to maybe 15 to 20 percent (the straight math says <10% - but I am assuming, based upon very early paper search, that some of the other CFTR mutations do not cause disease if homozygous.)
