If the 5 amigos are so competent? Why did they forget a simple proxy procedure with the SEC. From what I read you need to file a proxy statement to get approval from the SEC! How could MN forget this? I just don't get it, we made it this far and now we could loose it again.

I am really hopping to hear news from the amigos, and see what they have as explanation on this.
