techlover... unless Dennis releases strong news to get the stock price much higher (5-10 times higher), the R/S ratio will be 10,000 -50,000/1. Maybe even 100,000/1.

EVFL is definitely being used to pay off debt.

If he can get EVFL debt free after selling 60B shares and then he does a 100,000/1 R/S, the company will look pretty good, right? We shareholders will be destroyed but, from a company standpoint, we are a necessary casualty.
