Excuse me for jumping in but is Sanswire not Globetel? In my book they just changed the name and all the SEC charges are still upon them. The SEC has not dropped the case and from what I gather,still seeking damages against it. They were charged with securities fraud no matter how you try to change the subject. SANSWIRE IS GLOBETEL.
