I don't agree with every you said in your post, however I do think Raphael Huppe needs to the right thing for shareholders.

Did his intent with the "transaction" have the shareholders best interest at heart? Does he now want to "stick it to the shareholders".....? Will he accept the vote of the shareholders? How much more time & money will be wasted on lawsuits? The CRAM needs to get to the market....

Can anyone in Quebec, who reads this board, sit down & have a 1 on 1 with RH? How about a lunch with souvlaki? Maxthemax... do you have a good place?
