I agree - nothing wrong with looking for the positives. If I wasn't swayed by them I'd have been gone long ago (say 2000-2001).

I just don't get all the animosity between "sides" with differing viewpoints.

I also agree with the compensation and bonus complaint. Get the job done, then take my money. LOL
