I see your point. I have an REIT IDX in my retirement through my company and I wanted a way to track the trends in real estate. I just know that it's dropped significantly the last 2 years and it's been moving up the last 2 months to the tune of about 20%.

I'm thinking of going in heavy now and letting it sit for a few years. Note this is long term and not options. Thanks for the direction.
