No the IP is owned by ECT per the committee in an email to me. Or at least they have the rights to the IP. I was told it was the biggest thing RH had and he could not sell it etc. without shareholder consent, so I don't know how that plays into the Vigil deal. I know I did not like the idea of two little to nothing companies joining together, seemed like away for us to be lost to a paper trail and lose everything more than we have already.
