Certainly that sounds great and straight forward when you write it. But, that doesn't mean it's going to happen. How many of you said the exact same thing about the Aug. 1st deadline. How many of you posted how much trouble JPM was going to be in if they didn't give up the goods by Aug. 1?? How much of that came true?? How much of that led to the MM's not being able to hold this down, as was said would happen then and will happen now in Sept.

You guys always want to act like everything is so straight forward and has to happen exactly like you are say, because it is the law, etc. Give me a break. There are so many ways to stall things, sometimes for YEARS. I know this is BK court before you throw that out, but there is plenty that can and probably will be done. So, saying every month how this is going to blow up because JPM HAS to do this or that is bogus. Again, go back and check how you all said the same thing about Aug 1.
