As of August 19, 2009, there were 1,974,366,319 shares of registrant’s common stock, par value $0.001 per share outstanding.

IDOI has sold about 1 BILLION shares since may. With 2 billion authorized they do not have very much to sell.

Either RS or the PPS will rise because the company is not selling anymore?? we shall see
