I think a further reading of the 10q's and sec docs will explain RME's action.

RME acts as an AR credit line... or is a loan when they have to fill orders.

This money pays for the cost of the goods. When they get paid for orders they clearly make the profit... The cost of goods is subtracted and used to buy back these shares or pay back the interest free loan...

In short it is a way of loaning themselves money without having debt on their books... (check out their debt hint it's 0)...
