Look back at the PR's from March when the company claimed the O/S was roughly 700 million
and lo and behold the 10Q from 2/28 said it was 1.249 billion.

~~! To be fair, a claim made on 2/28 would be documented in the NEXT 10Q, which indeed it was.

NOTE E – SUBSEQUENT EVENTS

Subsequent to the date of the financial statements, the Company cancelled an aggregate of 526,585,544 shares of common stock. The shares originated from the repurchase of common stock of RM Enterprises. This reduces the number of outstanding shares of common stock from 1,249,451,605to 722,866,061 shares.

...But again, it's a RE-purchase from themselves which looks suspect to me.
