I use IE8 and don't have a problem with any other sites I visit eating content. this is a web site problem in dealing with IE8 that other sites have been able to deal with. as far as pop ups go, I have 98% blocked just by turning on blocker. it alerts me that a block has happened and I can temporarily allow pop ups for one site or all sites if I want.

If I use the feture on this web site that allows the viewing of 10 or more posts at a time this issue does not happen. I had to go to view posts one at a time before I saw the problem.
