In that same document on page 22 it says

"....edit and finalize draft settlement letter ..."

And the date on this description is 7/2/2009.

And in many places at least on that page we see the words "settlement letter".

Is this "the big settlement" we are waiting for or are there other small settlement issues for different things?

Can somebody comment on this? Especially Mordacai, Ramirez, Marayatano, Spain? (I missed several people in the previous post whose posts I enjoy reading.
