Thanks Rach!....But, what if this new arrangement is a 'freebie' per se? Then we are back to the risky task of hoping they will use our ETS, correct? Otherwise, wouldn't this news have taken us to $4 easily? Or, has everyone become a skeptic to the point of an investing detriment?

Does that make sense, or have I gone completely insane after all these years (don't ask family and friends that question!)
