no idea - i assume this sam merchant put up the money for the filings but than again it could be one of the chinese connection folks as they all have done business together in the past

given that the jangs are in deep with their insurance company scam and were part of the osc findings maybe they are just trying to clean it up i wouldn't be surprised if trillion made a few million for the jangs

the college is also involved given the chu used to run it and the other guy owns it - perhaps just cleaning it up so they don't go after the school

but they are paying big money the very people, who are now consultants, who brought all this upon the company, and that to me is hilarious but sad. Granted its in shares but still.

not sure who would buy a tainted shell. Armistice looks like it will find gold but imo always be a very very small player - the 401 shows around 600k ounces and that isn't much

the share count is getting up their as well so yeah another r/s is on the way
